With vocal and songwriting chops cultivated during her early teens Chrisee learned to play classical piano, and taught herself to produce recording projects right from her bedroom studio.  Inspired by a combination of rhythm and blues/soul artists and bands from the 70s - 90s, along with singer-songwriter folk and traditional local music from her Ghanaian upbringing, her sound is both emotive yet nostalgic.

 

Most notable achievement to date is Chrisee being awarded the RIAA certified Gold status for the voice of animated French hip hop star 'Cool - T' on One - T single 'The Magic Key' (Polydor Universal).  Since then Chrisee has gone on to collaborate with several other major and independent artists and is garnering music fans near and far emerging as a credible musician, artist and songwriter in her own right.

During 2021 Chrisee released a string of new songs showcasing her incredible song writing and vocal talents, including 'End of Time', 'Slow Down' and 'The River.

Chrisee has performed and led worship at numerous events across the UK ranging from the more intimate cafe style venues right through to large gatherings such as CreationFest and the Christian Resources Exhibition.

Chrisee can perform and lead worship either on her own, as a duo or with her band.
